4.2 Cancellations and Refunds
Once a commission has begun, cancellations are typically not accepted. Any refund, if applicable, will be considered at our discretion. Deposits, as noted, are non-refundable.
4.3 Final Artwork
Upon full payment, commissioned artwork is delivered as agreed (digital delivery or shipped physical print/original). The artist retains copyright to all artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. User-Submitted Content
You may provide reference photos or descriptions when commissioning a portrait. You confirm that:
- You own or have permission to use any photos or content you upload.
- You grant us the right to use your submitted materials solely for creating the requested artwork.
We may display commissioned artworks on our website or social media, unless the client requests privacy in writing prior to completion.
6. Sales
All purchases made through this Website are final unless stated otherwise. For physical products, shipping rates, delivery timeframes, and international customs policies may apply and are disclosed at checkout.
